Thank you for shopping at EarthyGrain! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted, live-edge furniture safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

At this time, EarthyGrain only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to the size and weight of our products.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because our items range from floating shelves to large dining tables, rates vary based on weight and destination.

  • Standard Delivery:  5-7 business days — [Free]

> Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur around holidays or severe weather events.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [3-5] business days.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • For custom or made-to-order live-edge pieces, please allow an additional [7day] for production.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

5. Freight & Large Item Delivery (Important)

For large furniture items (such as Dining Tables, Conference Tables, and Desks):

  • Your shipment will be delivered via a freight carrier.

  • The carrier will contact you via phone or email to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

6. Damages, Defects, and Missing Items

EarthyGrain takes great care in packaging your live-edge pieces, but accidents can happen during transit.

  • Please inspect the packaging and the item immediately upon arrival.

  • If you notice any damage to the box or the product, please note it on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing, take clear photos, and contact us immediately at schleiningalbanez65@gmail.com.

  • Do not discard any damaged packaging, as it is required to process an insurance claim.

7. Returns & Cancellations
